Delivery, return and refund

1. Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: Body Boost offers free shipping on all orders worldwide.

  • Delivery times:

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
    • Delivery times are estimated between 5 to 7 working days, depending on the destination.

  • Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow the progress of your package in real time.

  • Delayed Delivery: In the event of a delay in delivery, we will contact you by email to inform you of the status of your order. Body Boost cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (customs, weather conditions, etc.).

2. Return Policy

  • Withdrawal period: In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

  • Return conditions:

    • Products must be returned in their original packaging, new, unused, and in perfect condition.
    • Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of defective product or error on our part.

  • Return procedure:

    • Once the return is approved, return the product to the address indicated by our customer service.

3. Reimbursement

  • Reimbursement terms:

    • Once the product has been returned and checked, we will refund the full amount of the order (excluding return costs) within 14 days.
    • The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase.

  • Defective products or order errors:

    • If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately at anthony91620.ab@gmail.com . We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
