Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the terms of distance selling between Body Boost and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

Article 2: Products

Body Boost offers slimming bodysuits. The essential characteristics of the products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy on the Site. The photographs of the products are not contractual.

Article 3: Price

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Body Boost reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 4: Order

The Customer may place an order on the Site by selecting the products of their choice. After verifying all the elements of the order, and in particular the total amount of the order, the Customer proceeds to pay for it. The order becomes firm and final upon receipt of payment.

Article 5: Payment

Payment for orders is made by credit card via a secure transaction. Body Boost uses a secure payment system that complies with current regulations.

Article 6: Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are 5 to 7 working days from the validation of the order. In the event of a delay in delivery, Body Boost cannot be held responsible. The transfer of risks occurs upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The product must be returned in its original packaging, new and unused. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 8: Return and refund

In the event of a return in accordance with the above conditions, Body Boost undertakes to reimburse the total amount of the order within 14 days following receipt of the returned products.

Article 9: Warranty

All products sold by Body Boost benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Article 10: Protection of personal data

Personal data collected on the Site are processed in accordance with our privacy policy. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him/her. To exercise these rights, the Customer may contact Body Boost at the email address anthony91620.ab@gmail.com .

Article 11: Intellectual property

All elements of the Site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Body Boost. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the Site, whether software, visual or audio.

Article 12: Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
